Several of Paxton's female acts make repeat appearances including Beverly Williams, Beatrice Lee (previously misidentified as Beatrice Kay) and the Rev-Lons. There are names familiar to girl group aficionados such as Josephine Sunday, plus early rarities from Dorothy Berry with the Idols and the Swans. Along with Paxton's idiosyncratic production technique, it all makes for a highly entertaining program.
