The 'Impossible' singer says X Factor boss Simon Cowell has been "so positive" about his musical direction. "I hope people won't have closed minds so they don't give it a chance because of what's happened in the past," James told Daily Star this week, referring to the success of other male X Factor winners. "I've been given such license with this album, I've been able to completely express myself and have freedom," he added.
