Guest artists on the album include Grace Potter, Shawn Colvin, former Allman Brothers Band co-conspirators Oteil Burbridge and Marc Quinones, and Mickey Raphael. The first single 'Spots of Time' was co-written with long time Grateful dead bass player Phil Lesh.
