This year marks the 75th anniversary of the death of the 'Father of the Delta Blues'. Son House, Robert Johnson, Tommy Johnson, Howlin' Wolf all feature here and have Patton to thank for his groundbreaking work. As well as tracks from the man himself, the set also contains many of Patton's contemporaries, such as Ma Rainey and Blind Lemon Jefferson. Proper.
