Music here dates from the late 1960's, a period when everything seemed possible. Looking for ways to remain contemporary, mainstream artists of the time figured rock was the ticket. Though they didn't do it well, by doing it so very wrong they paradoxically ended up rocking the lounge world. Highlights here include Dovovan's "Sunshine Superman" by Mel Torme, Tommy Roe's "Dizzy" by the Royal Blue, the Beatles' "A Hard Day's Night" by Peggy Lee, Edison Lighthouse's "Love Grows (Where Rosemary Goes)" by Wayne Newton and more.
